BOSA recently received an AOG requirement to support our customer with one of there new Bombardier "C" series aircraft.
BOSA reacted FAST, preparing the Team, Organising logistics and getting to the Airline check-in desk all within One hour and 19 minutes!.
Once the team arrived at the customer location we worked with the operator and in this particular scenario alongside the Bombardier EIS team from Europe, whilst liaising with there Maintenance team in Canada.
