For it’s growing network and customer base, BOSA are actively recruiting EASA Licensed aircraft Engineers to join our DUB line maintenance station on a permanent / Temporary Fixed term basis.

The duties of our team, include the organisation and execution of Transit / Daily checks and other maintenance tasks (Home Based Maintenance) requested by our customers.

 

Prerequisites:

 

·        Solid Aircraft Maintenance and Technical background.

·        Holder of a EASA Part-66 B1 or B1/B2 license.

·        Strong experience in line maintenance holding Company Airworthiness Release authorisation (CRS).

·        Proficient knowledge of English language both Verbal and Written.

·        Valid driving license

The Head Baker is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the bakery’s production. This includes managing the baking staff, creating and refining recipes, ensuring the highest quality of products, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Production Management:Oversee daily production of all baked goods, ensuring consistency and quality. Create, test, and refine recipes for new products. Manage baking schedules to ensure timely and efficient production.
  • Team Leadership:Train, supervise, and motivate a team of bakers and assistants. Assign tasks and monitor the performance of the baking team. Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and growth.
  • Quality Control:Ensure all products meet the bakery’s high standards of taste, texture, and appearance. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed. Implement and enforce food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Creative Development:Innovate new product offerings and seasonal items to keep the menu fresh and exciting. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote new products and special events.
  • Operational Efficiency:Manage the bakery's budget, including labor and ingredient costs. Optimize workflows to minimize waste and improve productivity. Ensure all equipment is maintained and in good working order.
